WOW! This was my first acappella show I’ve been to and definitely not my last! what I experienced far surpassed any of my expectations. What truly struck me was the emotion each performer poured into every song, they are a talented bunch with amazing chemistry that bought a tear to my eye. Their rendition of Goodbye Yellow brick road was incredibly moving, I’ll be sure to see Songsmiths at next years fringe

Another fabulous show by the superb Songsmiths - the swan song for so many of the long serving members and they went out in a blaze of glory - cracking choreography, sensational sounds and versatile voices - can’t wait to see them again next year at the Fringe - book early

This what Acapella should be, great voices, lovely arrangements. Go if you can get in.

I highly recommend this show. Possibly the best amateur Fringe show I've seen (I'm local so I've seen a lot).
Beautiful, happy, young people singing in harmony. Great voices, fabulous repertoire. Loved their version of my favourite Beatles song, Blackbird. Well done University of Leeds A Capella! #Songsmiths

The Songsmiths have produced a show packed with vibrancy and masterful musicality. The depth of vocal talent is impressive - a spellbinding start to the show introduced a fantastic lead singer, and each song thereafter revealed equally good lead voices. The group clearly love performing and working with each other - their enthusiasm was obvious and beautifully conveyed to the audience. A wonderful way to spend 40 minutes… highly recommended!

Fit. So incredibly fit. Each and every member is inexplicably fit (especially their new beat boxer). I would recommend people go and see this show purely because all the performers are really very fit. You might leave the venue wanting to marry them because they’re that fit. Honestly you’d be daft not to go because the arrangements are fit, the choreography is fit, the singing is fit, the beatboxing is fit, and it’s one of the cheaper a cappella shows on the fringe. Also all the members are really fit
