Biscuit Barrel: Not Another 69-Sketch Show

Such a fab energetic hour of belly laughs! The team were extremely likeable, clever and hilarious, what more can you ask for..will defo look for them next year!

Loved this show! Definitely an acquired taste as it is very quick. But right up my street and none stop laughs the whole way! We go every year as it is very impressive how they manage to put 69 sketches in an hour.. best year yet!!

Unfortunately can’t say I enjoyed this show. Many of the sketches were rushed and punchlines forced with swearing and shouting. Some of the sketches had good ideas but poor execution and I’d rather they did less and developed the good ones more.

This is such a great show. If you like sketch shows you must see this. If you don't know if you like sketch shows then you must see this haha. Fast paced and full of great sketches. I can't think of one that wasn't funny. Hilarious show.

This is a very fast-paced, delightful, fun comedy show! We loved it! The gags landed well, there were a few sly innuendoes (super cute!), a nice premise to move it all forward, and a great singer/guitarist! The energy was certainly high! The audience participation was very gentle... don't be afraid of the front row... ,We highly recommend that you see it!! You'll come out smiling. :-D

Brilliant, lightning paced, super high energy sketch show comprised of 69 very funny skits

I wasn't sure what to expect when handed a flyer by a Rich Tea biscuit who only said the word 'Biscuit' to me but I was pleasantly surprised! A very funny, witty, if not slightly mad show! Everyone was brilliant but the woman playing the Custard Cream was hilarious

When I saw the tagline 69 sketches in an hour I immediately thought there’s no way I’ll find them all entertaining or ‘for me’ … and I sit here at my laptop, corrected. Every sketch made me giggle, laugh or sometimes snot - and this can’t be due to the companies comedic ability alone, but also the energy they gave! Throughout the whole hour each one of these biscuits gave 100%, and the result is an incredibly flawless enjoyable comedy show.
The only question that I leave with unanswered is, is is cake?

Loved this show so much! We had such a laugh and the cast created such a great atmosphere in (the songs were amazing too). Highly recommend!

Great show, full of laughs and non-stop action!

Not all the sketches were a hit for me but that's just subjective, there were plenty of good laughs throughout. I will say that for a paid show it's not good enough to have tattered and faded printed-out props. It made some of the sketches fall flat as they were non very clear and hard to make out what they were supposed to be.

We saw Biscuit Barrel's show last year and enjoyed it so much it was on our spreadsheet with ticket purchased well before the Festival began for this year!
We were not disappointed! This is a fast pace show using excellent visual (cardboard) props to amplify the sketches they want to simplify. Very fast paced, high energy performances with good variety. The hour flies by leaving you wanting more (as if 69 sketches were not enough!) ..so much so that Biscuit Barrel will most certainly be on our Fringe spreadsheet again next year ...I am sure they will manage 70!!
We would highly recommend this show ..5 plus stars! Thank you guys

Absolutely brilliant, laugh out loud funny and definitely the best sketch show I have seen! The energy these guys have is crazy, the rate of sketches (69 in an hour) means it’s impossible to get bored!

This show is a hilarious, fast-paced ride with sketches that hit you with jokes before you can catch your breath. The quick-fire humor and crazy scenarios keep things exciting and unpredictable. It's a blast from start to finish, leaving you laughing the whole way through - we LOVED it !!

After seeing all of the posters with glowing reviews, we booked. It wasn’t for us. The cast seemed to just use volume and shout for an hour. Very disappointing to be honest and felt the posters misleading. Of course it is ambitious to do 69 sketches in an hour but why not do 30 good ones instead? Sorry.

Full of laughs and rapid fire punchlines. How they remember so much material is very impressive. Nothing missed at all, every joke was spot on and got a laugh.

This show is incredible! I was blown away with the amount I laughed - so many small sketches kept me laughing the entire time! If you’re at the fringe, this is a must see :)

This was such a hysterical romp of a show! Breathtakingly fast and ludicrously funny. Great to be part of such a diverse and appreciative audience too. Add this show to your must-see fringe list!
