Description

Cormac wanted a funeral no one could forget: knock-knock jokes for the opening prayers, a roll call of his shags for the First Reading, his cutout of Zendaya escorted to the altar at the Offertory. Instead, he got nine weeks to say his goodbyes as his mum made herself moist by planning his funeral. Now trapped in Purgatory, he is taunted by the voice of his Ex as he waits for her to join him. Inspired by Krapp's Last Tape, this is a dark comedy about an existential reckoning of ego against the brutal landscape of unrequited love.

Easily the best show I have seen this Fringe and is head and shoulders above everything else . The writing is funny, insightful, poetic , angry, multi layered.
The performance was faultless and I was impressed with the actor's stage presence and self assuredness . He has a unique combination of talent and intellect and I hope he goes far.

Went with family and everyone really enjoyed this thought provoking show. Some said best they had seen at so far. Very good.

Absolutely loved this piece of theatre. Touched my heart; was still crying as I entered my next show! Fabulous.

This incredible show is a must watch at the fringe this year. Can see why it was sold out.

The wit and charisma will immediately draw you in and keep you hooked until the end. But the message about the ways that we love and face our own mortality will stay with you long after the show is over.

Moving, intelligent, and darkly funny, I fully recommend if you are looking for a show that delivers both laughter and tears!

My first ever solo fringe show and it was brilliant. What a fantastic show, makes you laugh just as much as it makes you think of your own mortality and life beyond death, 5 stars
