Description
It’s a pun, although some of the characters might be witty and off the wrist. This is the intercourse before the dessert, whoops sorry I mentioned Bex... Bexual Healing is a retro-character comedy in which the awkward sex symbol Maybe West shares her encounters with other socially awkward characters from the 1920s-1990s. Each is struggling to find acceptance and love through the barriers that being female and neurodiverse brings. 'Rebekka Turner plays several highly funny characters with a League of Gentlemen edge' (Simon Topping). Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. I enjoyed this hour with Bex Turner. Despite breaking her ankle and moving from what would have been a physical performance into a seated one, she was sharp with audience interaction and proceeded through skits and character work like a pro.
