Simply dreadful experience and should be re-titled as this was NOT a Best of the Fest on this experience. We Went last Saturday and having seen this show many times over the years were expecting the usual first class night of entertainment. This night was well off the mark and as soon as the compare set out the evenings ' Agenda' i.e. Shut up and listen and don't interrupt. REALLY? It pretty soon went downhill after that. The first act a reasonably entertaining musical duo at least sparked some enthusiasm but the rest of the show was poor, and even the compare was heckled at one point which says it all. We have always seen at least one ' headline act ' on the show in previous years e.g. Tape Face, Tom Wigglesworth and even John Bishop back in the day. What looked a sell out crowd was short changed and this Evenings show was not worth the entrance fee.
