Description

Beldon Haigh performing their stunning new album World Got So Dumb in the world-famous masks of Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un. Storytelling songs that poke fun at the world's "whales" and broken political leaders and systems. Blending rock, funk, pop, punk, reggae and jazz, performed by outstanding Scottish musicians. A bizarre, absurd, funny, thought provoking, entertaining show. Described by John Robb (Louder Than War) as 'mashing soul power horns, trad guitars and warm keyboards into deceptively pretty songs that bite with the lyrics of an Elvis Costello who has had enough'.
