Description

Katelyn locked herself in a basement years ago, oops. She has been performing sketches to an audience of miscellaneous junk with faces drawn on ever since. When one of them starts speaking to her, the reality of her comfortable, but obviously flawed, life comes into sharp focus. What’s her next move? A comedy about being a performer at heart, trapped in a life where you are not able to pursue it.

With touching pathos and an ease of performance that doesn't rely on any crutches, Katelyn takes us on a journey of self discovery, self doubts and self actualisation that any creative person can relate to. Especially if you've decided in your 30s or beyond that no, life hasn't passed you by. Showcasing skills in comedy, drama, song and performance, Katelyn proves that it's never too late. It's all a bit surreal, but it's surprisingly very relatable.

I loved this show. Very weird, extremely funny, and then perfectly heart warming. And that’s saying a lot because my heart is COLD. But Katelyn is a really versatile performer with a fantastically written show about the harshness of the entertainment industry, finding out you’re asexual, and learning to be nicer to yourself.
