There’s a wedding on the lawn, a promotion on the line and a badger on the grounds. How will they put out all those fires? And is there really a badger causing havoc on the estate? Badger is a new piece of writing that highlights the recent issues that are affecting young people today.

11/10!! Well written, made me laugh, audibly gasp, and nearly cry¿ Everyone did and incredible job, and what a brilliant performance from our boy Wiktor

Nae Bad. Very funny, my cheeks hurt from smiling so much. The whole cast was incredible. The script was very modern and felt very true to the stressful times in a workplace.

Ps. Outstanding performance from Wiktor, hope he finds the clitoris.

This is a cracker of a show: sharp, funny script and perfectly paced. I felt like I was in the room with them. Great performances and characters you root for or love to hate. Go buy a ticket.

If you like a fast paced comedy that keeps you on the edge of your seat i would highly recommend Badger. The talented actors highlight the character’s individuality’s clearly and throughout the show each character has their moment to shine. Along with the comedy there are also times that make you feel empathy for the characters in different ways. Five stars from me!

James Taylor 116 days ago

Wonderfully layered and witty interpersonal piece! Found myself laughing throughout. I was upset when it ended and I had leave the chaotic world I had been immersed in. Would recommend you see this one.

If you see one show this fringe, make sure it’s badger! Truly hysterical and incredibly relatable. Everyone involved did a fantastic job and you can see the dedication they all put in. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Just really, really brilliant. Chaotic, wild (like its namesake), hilarious, and at times surreal. All characterisations. all 8 of them, are very well done, each actor shines through. The play is superbly written, and the light/sound production is spot on. Don't miss it!

Marie McWilliams 119 days ago

Intensely funny, the characters are so well portrayed. You can definitely identify with the stress they find themselves in and yes we've all had work colleagues like these. Well written, produced and slick. Can't wait to see it again.

Charlie Atkinson 120 days ago

Such a fun performance! The acting flowed so naturally and they have an amazing balance of serious and funny moments. Would watch again!

Kevin Marchand 121 days ago

The cast and Director should take a bow! Great pace execution and precision. The story could be described as a "Fringe" confection but it works well and the performers make it worth seeing

Really f****ing good! Loved it, definitely the best show I’ve been to all fringe.

Eilidh Barn 124 days ago

An engaging and clear journey throughout. Funny, fast and abstract in the best way possible. The weirder moments were so well done, it kept the show interesting and unpredictable - there was no way I could predict what was around the corner. A must see this fringe!

The SMU Reviews (4/5 stars) 115 days ago

I want to say that Badger is an over-the-top charicature, but for anyone who has worked in hospitality, retail or just with other humans in a 9-5 capacity, much of it will feel like painful realism. Enjoy it as a catharsis, a warning, or bleak reminder, but do catch it if you can!
