Woven into this spellbinding magic show is an immersive story, full of fickle characters, where little actions have much larger consequences. Ava Beaux’s heartwarming, one-woman show will leave you feeling amazed, amused, thrilled and inspired in equal measure! 'Had the audience scratching their heads in awe' (MixUpTheatre.com); 'Slick patter, a cleverly-worked persona' **** (List); 'Delightfully sinister' ***** (BroadwayBaby.com).Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. I saw this show very much on a whim, not knowing anything about the performer, or magic shows in general. Absolutely loved it. Ava is a really natural storyteller and the integration of the tricks into the narrative was a really unique, captivating experience. Highly recommended.

My pick of the magicians (or hashtag Magish as she would say) at this year's Fringe would be Ava and Beaux. Exquisite storytelling and magic by a split personality performer (hence the name of the show), she has the power to leave the audience entranced.

Ava put on a really great show full of magic and captivating storytelling. The storytelling complimented the magic which consisted of a mix of mentalism, slick sleight of hand and strong visual effects. Ava is also a natural performer who captivated the whole audience. Definitely watch it you want to see some great magic and will leave you with a smile on your face.

I try to make it a habit to see Ava's shows at the fringe, they are always a delight, with the magic, and with captivating storytelling, and this is no different, I 100% do recommend!
There is audience participation but nothing too scary.
