Brilliant show. Well worth seeing! Lauren tells a beautiful story that is both captivating, spiritual and funny. A hilarious perspective chatting about plant medicine too.
Must see!

Wow. Wowaux. I loved this show so much. Agree with Claudia’s review below. What an authentic, engaging, humble exploration of post-religious, spiritual pursuit of meaning and humanity and the capacity to stay on the planet when the state of the world seems really hard to bear. Right after seeing Lauren I went to a different highly acclaimed mental health themed self-revealing comedy narrative show, and spent the whole show wishing for the kind of pacing, vulnerability, relatability, laughter and tears that I had just experienced with Lauren.

A total gem. Folks of varying ages, genders, and walks of life all laughing and crying and moved. It was her last day at the fringe, so you missed your chance this time, but if you hear of this coming to a city near you, run to go see it!!!

Wow. It has been a long time that a piece of narrative has fully engaged me and sustained my attention in this way. Lauren's performance was brutally honest, it kept my eyes open all the time, I did not want her to stop talking. In my opinion, that's a very rare phenomenon in this high-speed society. To be fully listening to what a person has to say, with no judgement whatsoever, is a very difficult exercise, and Lauren made it easy. Truly a hidden gem of the festival.

WATCH IT!! You really are in for a treat!

The word enlightenment jumped off the screen for me and I decided to watch this show, and I'm so glad I did!

Lauren's story is utterly captivating and, even though the events are outside of most people's experience, it still feels incredibly relatable.

As a performer, she's really connected to the work and it comes across in a really visceral way. As an audience, we could feel how life-changing her experience was.

Highly recommended!

It was a very interesting show that was honest and genuine, Lauren shared her journey in an interesting, descriptive, sometimes sobering but ultimately engaging, enjoyable and and uplifting way. I wasn't really sure what to expect going in but I genuinely enjoyed this show and would recommend you stop by for it,
