Description
Come on a musical journey around America to discover the roots of soul. This brand-new show features a riotous eight-piece band, complete with horn section, as they go on a laughter-laced, high-octane road trip that recreates the original spirit of the foot-stomping blues and soul classics that sound-tracked a generation. The songs of John Lee Hooker, Otis Redding, Sam & Dave, Wilson Pickett and many more, brought together through performances crackling with energy. 'Great fun to watch, providing humour, interesting anecdotes along with a great selection of music' (EdFringeReview.com).Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
