Description

An educational, informative, invaluable and eye-opening session. Understand the most effective blending techniques while using specific brands of ingredients that many people never experienced before in this hands-on masterclass. Executive chef, Rujira Herd, will reveal her trade secrets and explain the essential techniques used by professionals in Thai kitchens. Learn how to master three delicious dishes in a very short time. Hands-on group work and demonstration exclusive to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Menu changes daily. Only 2.7 miles from the city centre, 20 minutes on bus No 7, 37, 47.
