Description

This crowd-pleasing musical is inspired by and features the songs of Elvis Presley. It’s 1955 and into town rides a guitar-playing young man who changes everything and everyone he meets in this hip-swivelling, lip-curling musical fantasy that’ll have you jumpin’ out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as Teddy Bear, Don’t Be Cruel, Hound Dog and Jailhouse Rock. ‘Highly entertaining… a joy to watch’ (AllEdinburghTheatre.com, 2019). ‘Oodles of acting, singing and dancing talent, from juniors and adults alike, and a sound system to die for’ (NorthWestEnd.co.uk, for Matilda JR, 2023).

Well wow! What a fun, upbeat and feel good show. Great energy and vocals heaped together with a large dose of talent. Some of the harmonies made me feel quite emotional!
Really well cast especially Dennis and Lorraine (loved the dress) but also Chad & Natalie. Might go again!

We thoroughly enjoyed Captivate’s All Shook Up, performed by an incredibly talented youth cast. The vocals were amazing, lots of high energy dance routines, the most beautiful harmonies and hilarious one liners! Not to forget the endless love triangles! What a show

What a fun, heartwarming show! I had mixed expectations but was so surprised at the level of talent from the cast! Dennis was fab and very funny! And Chad is perfectly cast! What a cool dude - his wiggly jiggly legs were amazing!
The girls were great as well!
Well done and if you can please try see this show!

A fun show with great songs and a talented cast. Most of the young people sang and danced and it made for a great show to watch! With Natalie, Chad, Lorraine, Dennis and (of course) Ed doing amazing roles! Well done all, 5 stars from us!

Saw this show with my grandson and both of us absolutely loved it. All the cast put in 110% effort levels, the principles were all incredibly talented especially Lorraine and Dennis and the ensemble made me cry with there moving performance of Can't Help Falling in Love. You are sure to leave smiling and singing Elvis tunes.

A must see. A truly excellent production from a group of highly talented young people. Another fantastic show from Captivate Theatre, who always produce the goods.

If you want an afternoon of fun & Elvis tracks then All Shook Up from Captivate is where you need to be.
