Description

The news has been on fire for so long now we're probably out of petrol. Should we all just embrace societal collapse and enter our Last Days of Rome era? This is a show about sex, politics, ageing, nihilism and maybe hope. In a world where we're always told to pick a side, is there a third option? Best New Show nominee (Leicester Comedy Festival, 2023) British Comedy Guide recommended. 'Haddow is going places' (London Evening Standard). 'One of the most exciting new acts on the circuit' (Frankie Boyle). 'A whole lot of laughs' (Skinny).

The single worst comedian I've ever seen at the Fringe, smug, unlikeable, deeply unfunny and clearly supported by friends in the comments. She may well be writing a book about how she tricked the comedy world into believing she's a comedian whilst being nothing but an Insta clothes-horse but if not then don't be fooled, this is the longest hour of your life and I've had chemo. Dreadful.

Perfect start to our fringe adventure! Turned up to monkey barrel and joined a queue, not knowing what were seeing. Very witty observational comedy. Some dividing subjects expertly handled to give laughs all round. I also highly recommend the playlist too, i made it about halfway.

Very funny with hilarious observations that we all recognise. Focussed more on the millennials experiences but still very funny

Alexandra was the perfect first night at fringe. Smart, charming and well crafted material. I recommend catching her. She sold out tonight’s show, so I would tickets early.

A very welcome original fresh feminine voice in comedy. VERY funny. Audience loved her or as a respectable older woman said ‘fu***** brilliant’. A must go see.

The show has good bones and Haddow has an instinct for comedy that will serve her well.
