Description
Grace, a wealthy and mysterious woman, invites an ex-golf pro turned financial advisor and a lawyer with sordid secrets to her country home to discuss her estate and update her will. What could go wrong? Everything... quickly. Once there, the two men are thrust into a game of survival that, if lost, will destroy their lives. From the Canadian producers that brought you the 2022 Carol Tambor Award-winning production of Burn, this contemporary thriller by the same playwright has enough twists and turns to keep audiences on the edge of their seats. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. A fantastic production, featuring very strong performances from all three actors. An absolutely killer opening, and impossible to guess where the story was going - an edge of your seat kind of play. It felt like the pace slowed a bit during the middle section, but my attention came sharply back with the electrifying conclusion. Some great moments of humour and suspense, and beautiful characterisations. A thoroughly enjoyable show.

There has been such a buzz about this show, we wanted to see for ourselves - and were not disappointed. Excellent script - wily and fast-paced dialogue - with plenty of humour peppered in with the suspense. The three talented actors were totally believable in their roles. The actor performing Grace was riveting and lit up the stage. So well directed, this is a five-star production from Canada.

There so many reasons that this show has been selling out. The great writing, the great acting, the suspense, the twists and turns.

A perfect way to start my second day of Fringe24 with a high-bar setting three person performance. Competent acting with good drama, intrigue and well constructed script, delivered with the right amount of seriousness and humour. Clever plot twist at the end. Felt guilty having to dash off immediately the "curtain calls' were done, to facilitate getting to next show, as would have liked to have thanked the cast personally

A great production from a talented Canadian Trio. The "best laid schemes of mice and men". In this case a rich women who invited two guests to her house. An extraordinary proposal, knowing full well she good expose their weaknesses and manipulate them for her own ends.
Well worth a visit.

A very clever, very witty story which keeps you guessing the outcome until almost the last scene. All three actors were very believable in their roles, with multidimensional facets to their personalities. This was my first show of Fringe 2024 and I was very pleased with my first choice. Thanks so much.

This was attended by my husband and my father, who were both very impressed with it. All actors excellent, particularly Grace's clarity.

Three brilliant actors on stage, with impeccable diction and comedic/dramatic timing. This is the kind of play you typically see in lavish productions with 200+ audience members.
The smaller room made this rendition intimate and a beautiful preview to what they’ll do back in Canada. Well done all
