Description

Dr. Kara Kibara is a self-proclaimed and successful online dating expert. She has helped thousands of people find love, but she herself is still single in her 40s. In this interactive cabaret show, Dr. Kara goes back to her past and reflects on what went wrong (or maybe right) that caused her to still be loveless. She shares her insights on dating, relationships and love, and she offers her advice on how to find The One.

This show is WORTH waking up for. Joyce is not only an excellent singer and songwriter, but she's an amazing performer and has so much heart when she gets on stage. I loved the costume changes, the hilarious Q&A, karaoke sing along, and oh, she also usually gets a super funny "patient" guest for her shows too. I had so much fun and joy watching this show. So much production value and like I said, worth getting up for. Go go go - catch it here, or wherever else you can see it!

A funny perspective of what its like to be still single at 40’s! Nice mix of story telling with stand up comedy and musicals. Joyce showcased her singing, dancing and playing of musical instruments with ease and confidence. It is indeed beautifully crafted.

My friend and I went to see this show on a whim since it was a morning show, we gave it a shot! We are so glad we did! The performer was charismatic, very strong vocals, she was also funny. I used to live in New York City so it felt like I was being transported to a cabaret show in New York. She did everything - sang, danced, played instruments, some improv. It is refreshing to see a show like this in a typical theater. There were only probably 12 people in the audience which was a shame but she delivered as if the theater was full, everyone had a great time overall.
