Description

'Funny. Fast. Free' **** (ThreeWeeks). 'Picture BBC's Live at the Apollo' **** (DeadlineNews.co.uk). Each night sees four experienced acts performing. All our comedians have been hand-picked from an ethical, fair-trade farm where they've been grown in only the finest organic dog poo. All our fart jokes are sustainable due to our unique carbon offset scheme. Each time one of us blows off, a tree is planted in Dagenham, Essex.

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: Two steps up off the pavement into the bar and then a set of stairs with ten steps down a permanent staircase with handrails to the venue in the Basement.

    • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 11- 20
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

If you’re not sure where to go or what to watch then this is the place for you. The venue is great, clean friendly, good prices and nice food. 101 comedy is always great fun. A chance to see 5 up and coming comedians. If you don’t like one then no worries, there’s another coming soon. When you like one, go see their full show. Mat is a great MC knows when to get the crowd involved and when to push things along. He’s always smiling, has a great laugh and very funny, a true professional.
