Under new direction, New Town Theatre is heralding in a new Fringe age of outstanding Comedy, Spoken Word, Theatre, Music and Interactive Game Play in the New Town area! Situated in the beautiful Freemasons' Hall, built in 1913 (on elegant George Street, between Assembly Rooms and the Edinburgh International Book Festival), the New Town Theatre is a must visit destination. A beautiful Fringe venue with well-equipped and comfortable theatre spaces.

All venue spaces: 1 wheelchair per venue space, per production. Staff are happy to assist if appropriate. Regretfully, staff are unable to assist electric wheelchairs. Steps from street to venue foyer: 8. Internal venue staircases from foyer: Down to Lower Hall and Studio: 20. Up to Committee Room: 28 (includes 2x 90 degree turns). Lower Hall and Studio also accessible from Rose Street North Lane. Level and Unfixed seating available.
