All performance spaces are accessible. Customers with access requirements are encouraged to contact the venue in advance and to make themselves known to a member of the team upon arrival to access lifts. The EICC’s main entrance has an automated sliding doors which are operated by a push button from the outside and by sensor from the inside. During an event these doors are manned with security who can offer assistance if required.
