This was the best show we went to go see at the fringe by far! So funny and so relatable, my cheeks hurt from laughing when we left! A must see for anyone at the fringe this year

Absolutely brilliant troupe; hillarious, professional with loads of potential! Thanks

What an incredible show! The writing is clearly thoughtful and extremely witty, and every performer brought something different but equally hilarious to each sketch. It's one of the most inventive and funny sketch shows I've ever seen. I can't remember the last time I wept laughing like I did at Muff Said!

Quite frankly Muff Said…
Wow… where do I even fucking begin. These geordie lasses are such a talented ensemble! From the minute you walk into Assembly Front Room you are greeted with their energy, bright pink boiler suits & beaming faces before they take you on an unbelievably funny rollercoaster (believe me you won’t leave with dry knickers). Beautifully written sketches which are polished by impeccable acting, physicality & facial expression. If you haven’t had chance to catch them yet… get yourselves there you seriously won’t be disappointed by the amazing Your Aunt Fanny’s ‘Muff Said’

We laughed so much it was better than a core workout!! The funniest women at the Fringe - the show flew by. Packed with original, super sketches.

Hilarious, acutely observed satire. Very very clever stuff. Imagine crossing Smack the Pony with Victoria Wood and twisting the whole thing with a Geordie slant. I almost wet myself, I laughed so much yet it was never cruel and the audience was never attacked. A most uplifting and hopeful piece of theatre.

Everyone should see this show. The funniest thing I've seen all fringe and one of the funniest things I've seen ever. I laughed so hard I cried. The acting was vibrant and polished and the writing was beautifully smart. We saw this show because of other glowing audience reviews and they were all correct - if you're trying to decide whether to see it, this is your sign.

Absolutely fantastic piece of theatre. These lasses are extraordinary! Their comedic timing is second to none, their witt and ability to bounce off each other so smoothly is brilliant and their messages and everything they stand for, is spot on. I did not spot laughing! Such clever and well crafted theatre. This is not only a fantastic array of feminist sketches, it is an amazing presentation of geordie land... every geordie should watch it! Best thing I saw at the fringe; check it out.

What a great show! Quick paced, hilarious and warm hearted show by a group of extremely talented performers and comedy writers. The sketches are beautifully crafted and intelligently written and a total hoot. Comedy is in safe hands with these Geordie lasses.

My favourite show of the Fringe! Laughed throughout and didn’t want it to end. A modern day Smack the Pony with a troupe of exceptionally talented lasses - you will not be disappointed! Take a change of knickers as a little bit of wee might come out…

Highlight of my Fringe weekend- absolutey hilarious! Such a talented, high energy group I laughed continuously- such brilliant characters and Victoria Wood style attention to detail.
Can't wait to see what they do next!

So didn't know what to expect, with these pink ladies. Pure energy and so many sketches, they left you wanting more. True highlight was listening to the taxi driver and watching the performers enjoy as much as we were. Great Show a must see for all

So good I saw them twice! Non stop lols with these lxsses, the script is hilarious and the delivery is tight. The best bit is they are enjoying themselves as much as the audience are. The standing ovation was well deserved. Go and see this show!

Fantastic comedy show with energy and snap. The lasses sashay through a wide range of very funny characters. The writing is spot-on and there's a strong performing bond between the group members. The Front Room is a great space for this show. Hard to pick a favourite sketch, but the Geordie Mams' Choir is just delightful.

Clever, witty and well observed humour. Non stop sketches kept us entertained and laughing. Go see them, their fab!

Genuinely don’t think I’d ever seen anything funny until I saw this show??? Thought I was gonna get lockjaw from laughing so much and I’m going back for more next week!!! Absolutely incredible talent from all seven (get

Joshua Gardner 51 days ago

A rip-roaring, gut-wrenching howler. The show moves swiftly from the start and does not slow down as it careens through its razor sharp corners of wit and depth.
All 7 performers have their own twist on the YAF framework and each brings something fresh to the (already overflowing) table.
5/5
