Description

Financier? Miser? Witch? A dry-witted tale about the life of Hetty Green, once America’s richest woman. From selling her fine dresses to buy government bonds through her rise to dominance in the macho world of Wall Street, this story charts the drama and betrayal which convinced Hetty that money was the only thing worth holding onto. Based on real-life events, this new play comes from the team of Bad Habits, a company who makes ‘comedy how it’s supposed to be done’ **** (EdFringeReview.com).

Engaging ,funny, yet sad,and a very well acted play based on a true story.

The three actors played the parts with aplomb and gusto and kept you involved right to the end .

Well worth getting up early to see.

A brilliant show that effortlessly goes from funny to poignant in seconds. Superb acting from the cast and cleverly directed. This is definitely one of the highlights of my Fringe so far. Really recommend it.
