Description

This is the onion-smashing, cyr-wheeling, tear-jerking tale of friendship. Styled like a cabaret, told like a story, join three besties and 100 onions in this punk delight where growth gets messy. Meet Daisy, Jaide and Rachel, real life best friends, the day before the memorial service of their fourth bestie. Differently affected by the loss, and with gutsy teenage rage and compassion, they process raw emotions through raw onions and learn their collective strength to grow. With circus, lip sync, and techno bops, bring your bestie and beware the onion splash zone!

Definitely one of the smaller shows that, conceptually, was going to be focused on one kind of thing, wild onions. But surprisingly, it had a lot of heart and the three performers gave us a good show and a good story to ride out a late afternoon into evening, and there was even a little circus involved.

Not the most glamourous show you'll see, but a true shot to the heart. They're incredibly cute and the story can't not make you cry. And laugh. But mostly cry.

Really sweet and raw (literally - onions!) show. Very intimate storytelling as you feel like you’re hanging with these girls and getting to know them and their stories personally. Recommend it to anyone who is looking for some genuine storytelling mixed in to some experimental theater. Go see it!
