Description

It's all in that title, really. It's a family saga about men, women and whisk(e)y – what's not to love! It's also Joyce Greenaway's first Fringe and she's bringing a wee dram of her full solo show for a limited run. Laced with dry Northern Ireland wit and casked in raw emotion, embrace Tam Tully as she fights to save her eight-generation Ulster whiskey distillery from takeovers, tragedy and treachery by crafting the Holy Grail of whisk(e)y, the perfect single malt. Joyce is an award-winning writer-actress with credits from The Royal Court to The Liverpool Empire.

Strong, gripping and emotional performance that takes you into Tam's world. I was drained at the end so i can only imagine how much it takes out of Joyce/Tam. Highly recommended.
