Energy and audiece connection from the off. 'The' message of the age delivered with imagination, rhythm and positivity. Forget the gym, throw some shapes and hope that the imbeciles in power pull their fingers out at COP26. Thanks for an enervating start to my weekend. Ken

The dance was totally fun filled and had a great message of high significance. I went twice - first time with my son and next time with my friends and their kids. All of them thoroughly enjoyed. The dancers are so pleasnt and keep encouraging you to follow the steps. The staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely worth it experience. Must try

Attended Friday nights preview show and had a blast. A truly unique show with brilliant audience cast interaction and a powerful story of the importance of acting now on climate change.

I would highly recommend this show to anyone who is looking for a unique fringe experience.

Saw the show this afternoon, and, not really knowing what to expect, THOROUGHLY enjoyed the whole experience! A warm welcome, a strong, committed message, and a really energetic and talented cast made it a show to remember. Danced my way through the whole thing, urged on and encouraged by the three engaging "scientists", and came out humming the songs! A very timely show, with an important message, and a great one for all the family! Don't miss it!

I had the pleasure to attend a preview for this show which is amazing.

The cast was highly professional, the storyline keeps you engaged and the music is tremendous but what makes this show a winner is the unique way the audience and cast engage through dance.

Brilliant for the family but I reckon this will also be a big hit with adults due to its strong climate message, so important as we build to COP26.

A winner, don't miss this!

Super fun, simple and engaging way to address the need for climate action.

Loved the refreshments, the friendliness of all involved and the overall energy!

Would have been great if the connections to the Cop26 were more explicit and there was direct actions the audience were made aware of and could take part in after.

Thanks to Emma and the rest of Food Tank for a great first fringe show!

This otherworldly adventure tells the story of extra-terrestrials who have arrived on our plant to warn Earthlings about the climate crisis, the likes of which they have already experienced on their home exoplanet. WeCameToDance takes you into a rhythmic, musical exchange with these beings and the human scientists that brought them back to Earth following the exploration of what they call "Trappist 1D", but what the aliens call "Hanyana". The show was originally supposed to debut off-Broadway in June 2020 but was cancelled due to the pandemic and, despite the obstacles, this American import has made it to the Edinburgh Fringe!
