This is an experience with a difference: find calm, peace and grounding in a unique mix of mindfulness, adventure and ecotherapy, connect with nature on Edinburgh's vulcano, Arthurs Seat, enjoy stunning views of Edinburgh. What to expect: mindful walking, reflection time, silence, nature connection, meditation, yoga play, mindful exercises, local knowledge, sharing food and drink. WanderWomen facilitate outstanding, award-nominated outdoor experiences in and around Edinburgh. This experience will leave you relaxed, grounded, calm, connected and happy to be alive.
