Tom Elwes struggles to seize the day despite the seemingly insurmountable obstacles the modern world has thrown at him. He attempts to balance the linear expectations of adulthood and the chaotic reality in which nothing goes to plan. The internet sensation with 60 million+ views brings his work-in-progress show to the Fringe.

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: The main entrance is accessed either via an alley and some steps (appximately 20) from Cowgate or from an alley and steps down (approximately 15) from Guthrie St. Once in the venue, this space is accessed vias approximately 10 stairs
  • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 11- 20
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

The description doesn’t seem to be match what the show actually was. It felt about as well thought out as him having a baby with his girlfriend of four months.
