Description
When young Tom Brown is sent away to Rugby School, he is forced to navigate the network of privilege, corruption and untouchability at the heart of English society. Amongst the matches, tuck-shop visits and indelible friendships of school life, Tom must decide time and again whether to bow to the ruling elite, or do the right thing. The book, which scaffolds every other school tale, is adapted by acclaimed Fringe writer/director Rebecca Vines. Praise for Vines' other work: 1984, ***** (BroadwayBaby.com), Coward Conscience, **** (BritishTheatreGuide.info), More Myself Than I Am, **** (TheWeeReview.com).Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
