Tom was so watchable and dealt with some very, um...challenging children in a friendly and comedic way. The magic was also pretty good! Definitely go see.

Absolutely go and see this show, the magic is great the showmanship is class and the comedy is brilliant. A fantastic hour well spent.

We stumbled into this with last-minute tickets and without having read the description fully. It is very much aimed at children. That said, it's not that adults won't enjoy it - the magic is good and the patter very clever - but you might feel you wanted something a little faster if there aren't kids in your party. But, if there are, they'll love it.

Good-natured family magic show. A bit messy, could do work on his patter, and a bit too dependent on wifi, but an engaging and hard working entertainer.

I’m not a massive fan of magic shows (but a trip to the Fringe involves negotiation!) but I really enjoyed this show. Tom Brace is a warm and engaging performer who uses magic as a vehicle for the entertainment. Very family friendly.

What a fantastic show for all the family! If you have kids definitely take them to see this show. If you don't, you'll still love it just the same. Magic and humour combined. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Very fun show for the kids. Magic was good but not earth blowing, but the energy and showmanship was excellent. Very fun. My 11 and 13 year old loved it.

Hilarious - This was good clean family fun. The magic tricks were spot on and his inter action with audience members was first class. The show is worth seeing and highly recommended. 5 Stars

Very entertaining for all of the family.
Great tricks mixed with loads of humour- it's nice to see a magician who can have a laugh at his own expense.

So this is definitely good family fun - particularly if your kids are under 10ish. He is an entertainer as well as a magician. In fact I would say he is a better entertainer than a magician. 2 of his tricks didn’t work today - unfortunately it was the first and the last so it did spoil it a little. However the other tricks were impressive and went down well with the audience. It’s the kind of show your kids will love more than you but there if nothing wrong with that.

Saw the show today with my husband and 8 year old. It was a fantastic hour of laughter and some very impressive magic. Well worth the money and one of the best family shows we've been to.

Fantastic entertainment for all the family. Tom is a very funny and engaging performer. Very impressive tricks - we're still trying to work out how he did some of them. Very highly recommended.

Extremely entertaining show. Brace is hilarious. Pretty cool magic tricks. Fun for all the family. We all laughed a lot!

Fabulous hour of family friendly fun. Really good magic as well as excellent humour and on-stage antics. Game show with audience (and more!) participation and an unforgettable, eye-widening, chair gripping five minutes with Tom’s alternative version of a well known risk-taking game. 4/5

Brace yourself (sorry), Tom Brace’s show Brace of Spades is a whirlwind of fun, playful energy. Brace is a cheerful, exuberant performer whose enthusiasm is a solid match for the family demographic that one can expect at an afternoon magic show.

Brace pitched the show brilliantly, focusing on the spectacle and sparkle often overlooked in favour of opaque and elite mystery. This show is one for adults and children alike, easy watching, a crowd pleasing filler for a busy fringe afternoon.
