Description

Bringing together rappers and singers with soaring strings, heavy brass, woodwind and a thundering back-line, Tinderbox transform preconceptions of what an orchestra can be. An unforgettable live show featuring some of Scotland’s leading young musicians across genres and a rotating cast of international guests. Packed with original music and unexpected collaborations, their new show builds on a sell-out Fringe run in 2019 and recent headline shows across Scotland. 'Tinderbox Orchestra are an explosion of colour' (Scotsman). 'Rave culture meets Last Night of the Proms' (Herald). 'Spectacular' (Guardian). 'An orchestral revolution' (Edinburgh Evening News).

Not your typical orchestra. Absolutely world class blow your face off show from some of the most talented musicians you could hope to listen to, playing music that will make your spine tingle and your hairs stand up, in a completely unique venue you’ll likely never get to experience again. They deserve for this show to sell out every night. It’s mind blowing - Go. For the love of god!

One of the most incredible things I have ever seen. Seeing so many people so joyous on stage made me cry my heart out. Felt so alive. It was wonderful. They have different collaborators so no two nights will be the same. I cannot wait to go back!
