Description

MI5 operative. Chancellor of the Exchequer. Grimswald Town Cryer. Navigating a series of eclectic trial shifts, painfully overqualified Sandy Surname has rethought, reskilled, and rebooted. Can he rely on the crack team at the job centre to solve his unemployment woes? FaceOddity return for another hour of their finest sketch comedy. We left last year’s Fringe in a blaze of glory, only to be told to get some real jobs. Now we’re back, shamelessly exploiting that experience for new, juicy material. 'Fantastically funny sketches… absurdist gold' **** (Entertainment-Now.com).

Went to see the show because Fergus gave us a flyer and kindly even offered to walk us to the theater and we had so much fun seeing these 4 super talented performers and more importantly laughed our asses off! If you like Monty Python - this show is definitely for you!

Discovered this show by chance during its preview weekend and it was a comedy gold mine. Each sketch was brilliantly thought through, well acted and importantly really damn funny! Loved every scenario poor Sandy Surname found himself in and it finished with us wanting more, with a well deserved standing ovation to close the show being the perfect review of the show.

An incredible show that showcases the talent of the 4 performers as both actors and as writers. Masterful sketches, strong performances, and an insane energy and comedic presence that I don’t know how they maintained. If you’re looking for a comedy that highlights the best of what Fringe is about, definitely get your tickets before they sell out.

An outrageously funny 54 minutes of comedy that has you laughing out loud from start to finish! For me, it’s one of the must see shows at the Fringe in 2023. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There’s more than a touch of the absurd – the more ridiculous it gets, the better.
