Description
Think 'n' Grin is a solo comedy show featuring Chicago-style narrative improvisation. With a suggestion from the audience, Hadley Singer (they/them) will create three separate characters off the top of their head and explore the world in which they all share. With equal parts honesty and absurdity, Hadley welcomes their audience into the pivotal moments that untether their characters from reason and sensibility. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. I was engrossed from the moment the first scene started. Hadley Singer deftly inhabits three characters inspired by the audience suggestion and we revisit them over the course of the show with equal parts pathos and comedy. I was immersed in the world of these characters - even though I couldn't see the people and things around them, I sure felt as if I could. Hadley has real acting chops with a depth brought to each character alongside a wonderful sprinkling of absuridty. 5 stars, strongly recommend.
