Description
All Terrence wants is to "make it" as a dinosaur entertainer, land a Netflix deal, and get his ex back. The world, however, has other plans. He’s stuck in a messy cycle of rejection, failure, and being laughed at for his handmade (and to scale) T-Rex costume. When Tri-Sarah-Tops comes along, Terrence begins to question everything that he thought was important to him. This ‘funny, sweet anti-romcom’ (**** TheWeeReview.com) is like a ‘fun BBC sitcom waiting to be picked up' (Scotsman). Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. I must echo Mr. Burzynski’s statement - what an amazing show! Intelligent, hilarious, brilliant performed.
Congrats to cast and crew on a brilliant production!

Terrence the T-Rex is a delightful, wholesome, energetic story about two Dinosaur impersonators, Terra & Sarah finding friendship through the hardship of their careers as children entertainers. If you enjoy puns, rap, ukulele and jokes that are 'so bad, they are good', then you must let this rawesome (sorry, I couldn't resist) show capture your heart before the Fringe comes to a big bang. (Again, I am sorry).
Well done to all involved! :)

Charming piece about emotional maturity and growing up, with witty dialogue, mismatched leads, and some good/terrible dinosaur puns. Really really enjoyed it

Really enjoyed this! Clever and witty dialogue. In fact the dialogue is VERY good.
Terrence delivers his lines like a very angry, dinosaur-obsessed Sheldon Cooper.
The feisty Sarah is a natural talent who doesn’t mince her words in telling ‘T’ just what she thinks of him (and probably what the audience is thinking too).
Go see!

Enjoyable and unpredictable!
There are facts (and speculation) about dinosaurs and about human relationships, very silly songs and an amusing take on the highly competitive world of children's entertainment.
Cleverly staged and performed.

Charming, funny well written play with excellent songs - the Marilyn Monroe birthday song is awesome. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Cute, funny and engaging performance. A gentle start for your day of chasing shows around town in one of Edinburgh’s favourite Fringe venues.

Lovely, heartwarming, and dare I say a little relatable.

Terrence the T-Rex (***)
An actor playing a T. Rex in a one-man children’s show is unhappy when he is suddenly joined by a woman who will play a Triceratops with him. Though good natured, this show really goes nowhere new with its blossoming romance being totally predictable. This seems like a show for children, but isn’t.
This is the 35th most enjoyable of the 44 shows I have seen so far at the Fringe this year. I hope to see almost 200. You may see my other three-sentence reviews, in order from most enjoyable to worst, at my non-commercial website: https://fringefan.com/

A fun lighthearted adventure of a dinosaur entertainer who gets caught up in jealousy of competitors, constant scientific updates on how the dinosaurs lived, and his own personal relationships. Lasting about an hour, it’s entertaining and captivating, with fun set and lighting design, great actors with amazing chemistry and some interesting musical numbers. All in all, Terrence the T-Rex is the perfect show to start a day at the Fringe with!
