Description
We will demonstrate a series of Tai Chi and Qigong forms covering free hands, weapons and applications of authentic Chen Style Tai Chi form and Chinese Health Qigong exercises, then take everyone to do a short taste session of Foundation Exercises. All exercises are simple, easy and straightforward and they are suitable for all levels of skill. No experience is required. As it is an interactive session there will be Q and A at the end of the session and we are here to guide you through all the sessions.Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
