Description

Swap/Troc is an evocative escapade by clown duo, Corentin Boisset (France) and Sita Pieraccini (Scotland). Set against the colourful backdrop of culture-made-miniature by way of local airline aesthetic, the two desperately sashay their way through the no man’s land of the airport in search of what one lost, and the other found. Inspired by their shared experience of liminal airport spaces, language barriers and melees of misunderstanding, Swap/Troc is a surreal spin on the mistaken identity scenario. Combining traditional slapstick, clown and mime, this is a non-verbal piece of visual/physical storytelling from first-time, Franco-Scots collaborators.
