Description
Dementia isn't a laughing matter, but neither is the loss of both your parents during the pandemic and the tricky birth of your first child. And yet, somehow, that's what Steve N Allen has to play with and discusses in this show. Caring for someone with Alzheimer's has its funny moments, which some people feel bad talking about... But it's important to highlight that there are many lighter moments against the darkness. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. Great show. Steve is a really smart guy who mixes deep pathos and comedy with a superb delivery to give a memorable show. He deserves a much bigger audience. Thanks Steve.

Great show - very accomplished comedian. Not all about Alzheimers. Definitely recommend.

A good show, with some great jokes. The show was not as centred on Alzheimers as I thought it would be, but instead Alzheimers lurks as an underlying theme throughout as Steve gives us jokes about his marriage, covid and the birth of his recent child. Much enjoyed by the entire audience.
