Description

Right here. Right now. You can take control of your life... An aspiring fitness instructor attempts to create the perfect spin class but is forced on a journey of self-discovery. Is the industry she loves actually helping people? Why can't she remember that weird dream? Does anyone else feel like it's getting hot in here? Performed on a spin bike, this world premiere, one-woman show is a darkly comedic takedown of a capitalist society obsessed with attaching morality to our bodies. Presented by 3hc, Spin is written and performed by Kate Sumpter.
