Description

New Zealand's favourite comedy improv show Snort makes its way to Edinburgh for the first time! Cheeky, topical, and relentlessly silly, Snort sees NZ's best young comedians (including Rose Matafeo, Guy Montgomery, Alice Snedden, Eli Matthewson, Chris Parker) build an intricate hour of far-fetched, high-stakes comedy, entirely made up on the spot. 'New Zealand's coolest comedy improv group... the stuff of dreams' (TheSpinoff.co.nz). 'These are some New Zealanders we would be happy to claim as our own' (SquirrelComedy.com).

This is a hugely enjoyable show, I would really recommend it to anyone who likes improv, silly humour or just feeling like they are hanging out with a group of good friends. The group feels really cohesive and their command of each scene is masterful. I don't normally like improv but when it's done as well as this it is impossible not to like it. Loved it, thanks Snort!

Fest (3/5 stars) 125 days ago

What a dream combination this should be: last year’s Edinburgh Comedy Award-winner Rose Matefeo teaming up with four other gifted Kiwi comics (Alice Snedden, Guy Montgomery, Eli Matthewson and Chris Parker) for a late-night hour. And Snort is so close to living up to that hype. It even manages to...

Have you even been to the Fringe if you haven't seen a comedian's impression of an exceptionally slow snake carrying a sushi platter in the Garden of Eden? God, I love improv. This is New Zealanders SNORT's first year at the Festival, and they are utterly and brilliantly bonkers. Plus...
