Description

Fringe favourites and Olivier Award-winning improvisers, The Showstoppers, take your kids' ideas and transform them on the spot into interactive musical adventures. Captain Underpants underwater? Done! SpongeBob and the Gruffalo on the moon? No worries! Kids (and only kids!) decide who we meet and where we go to create a show tailor-made to their imaginations. Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

Danger - this is a very juvenile kids show. It really is all coloured dungerees, "hello boys and girls" and Legs Akimbo in style. Not recomended for anyone over 4.
Adults - save yourselves the agony of having to walk out. Very disappointing

An improvised musical designed for kids, using all their suggestions (however strange or inappropriate they might be!). Extremely talented performers who today managed to piece together an *almost* coherent story - complete with songs and dancing - about a crazy dog called Videogame who is transported into the world of Fortnite after accidentally exploding a babyish cat called Gaga whilst changing her nappy...

The complete understanding of how to portray mood, tone and feeling in drama, music and song appears intrinsic to the cast, and shows how experienced everyone is, crediting their huge knowledge of their art-form

There were plenty of jokes for adults and under-12s alike. It was hilarious for the audience, their children and the actors. The kids loved it and so did I.

This is a delightful upbeat show with (very talented) performers who completely surrender themselves to the creative silliness and whim of childhood imagination with hilarious results.
