Part of the Fringe Central Events Programme, for Fringe participants. The internet has accelerated the flow of creativity across borders, but many obstacles still remain. Overcoming linguistic barriers, cultural differences, and time zones is the task of the current generation of artists. This seminar will feature excerpts of CollabFeature's "Train Station", a film produced by 40 contributors in 25 countries, each with a voice and a vote in every creative decision. A panel discussion with members of CollabFeature about the future of global filmmaking will follow.
