⭐⭐⭐
My very first drag show - a good place to start, as an admirer of Shakespeare plays.
Incredible visuals, both costume & make-up, a committed cast and a show I'd absolutely recommend to drag fans - but I would hesitate to recommend it to fans of Shakespeare.

Some of the finest lip syncing I’ve ever seen. A funny host, attractive performers and very tall people who satisfy my humiliation kink. 5*

I'm afraid I found the.whole show self indulgent and extremely poor. A lazy script which I thought utterly dire. Lots of screaming and yelling from a largely drunken audience does not make a good show - and neither does bad miming to mediocre songs. The worst show I've seen this year. One word - dreadful.

Amazing amazing amazing as always. Everything was immaculate from the cast to the script.

Fucking wonderful, never have I seen a show that leaves me so proud of the Edinburgh queer scene for its raw and chaotic creativity, Mr Pat Riarchy left me teary eyed with their sincere and powerful stage presence while the whole cast shone so bright it caused slight light damage to my retina's but god was it worth it , 5 STARS

The personification of the perfect Fringe Show! Shakesqueer encapsulates the essence of fringe with a production that thrives off not taking itself too seriously and leaning into the ever so entertaining nonsense, that comes with the arts!

A late night queer parody of Shakespeare is the perfect way to finish an evening. Patriarchy, a shining star, as MC brings the warmth and energy to the room allowing the audience to really join in on the hilarity. As each character arrives the more camp it gets from Lady Macb**** to Prosciutto and their many engaging performances. A perfect ensemble cast providing pure joy with the right amount of tongue and cheek chaos! Perfection!
