Description
Sex-Ed Revisited is a five-star interactive comedy uncovering missing gaps in knowledge when it comes to female-focused sex education and our relationship with pleasure. A theatrical quest for climax that takes its audience on a Kylie-inspired sex-pop adventure. Gone are the days of attempting to put condoms on cucumbers, whilst wearing kaleidoscopic beer goggles. A retelling of sex education unlike any you have ever experienced before. 'Sex-Ed Revisited is not only one of the funniest pieces of theatre I've seen but also one of the most educational' ***** (CfryCentreStage.wordpress.com).Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. I laughed and was smiling so hard that my face began to hurt halfway through the performance. Holly has such a strong light and energy to her performance, I was captured from the first moment of the show.

This was a lovely look at the failings of education and understandings of anatomy, and how the puritanical view of propriety keeps young people in the dark about how bodies work. It almost feels like it is the last secret kept from us, like the tooth fairy or Santa not being real; just this time it has more direct impacts on who we are and our happiness and understanding of ourselves. The interactivity of the experience was amazing, and I would highly recommend it.
