Description
A musically driven experience from the creators of My Beautiful Black Dog and Parakeet. SAD is an exploration into how life’s natural cycles and grief affect the human condition. Offering comfort at its lowest points and absolute freedom, joy and clarity when the light eventually floods. Inspiration for the project came when Gaz Tomlinson (Quiet Boy)'s mum died. This led Brigitte and Gaz to think about hibernation, light, cycles and leaves falling. Naturally, they turned to music to help with the grief; what was composed in this period is the foundation of the music and songs performed in SAD.Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
