Description

The TAHP present their late-night sessions at the Argyle, featuring songs from Scotland and Canada, jazz classics and little-known gems. Edinburgh vocalist Susanna Macdonald is ‘a national treasure’ (***** (BluesBunny.com)) and ‘hypnotically haunting’ (Edinburgh Evening News). Toronto guitarist Kevin Barrett is ‘a consummate accompanist’ (Ottawa Citizen) and musical director of symphRONica (**** (Herald and Scotsman)). Together they are the Trans-Atlantic Happiness Project (The TAHP) – dedicated to great songs, beautifully rendered. Each session will feature local and international guests from among the best musicians in town. Not to be missed.
