Description

The only musical ever made based entirely on the original lines. Every scene of Shakespeare's classic love story performed through contemporary song. Since 2013, Literature Through Music (Rob McGlade) has performed musical adaptations of literature internationally including James Joyce's Dubliners, A Portrait Of The Artist, Ulysses and Finnegans Wake at Bloomsday Festivals in Dublin and Trieste, Dante's Inferno at Sincresis Empoli, John Keats' Poems 1817 at Keats House Museum, London and Franz Kafka's Letter To Father at Franz Kafka Society, Prague. Show includes 30-page printed programme with lyrics. 'Two households, both alike in dignity...'
