Maggie Taylor has the ideal life as an ageing dominatrix. Her life runs like clockwork, business is booming and she relies on no one. But when purple-suited Death pops by to summon her to the afterlife, she has to persuade Death that once again, she holds the whip hand. As she is forced to examine her life choices, she asks herself: why did she ever think she needed a man? From the team that brought you Get Fit With Bruce Willis and Painted Love, featuring the songs of Annie Lennox and Eurythmics.

Just returned from the opening performance.....
Funny and witty (but refreshingly free of schoolboy humour) but above all poignant. Maggie is tough and world-weary but the question is: did she ever truly love? Death is a dapper likeable guy who obviously has something bothering him. You'll enjoy the cut & thrust of their argument but maybe get a little tearful at the touching conclusion.
Superbly written and performed.

Saw a special performance in Huddersfield and enjoyed every minute. You must see this show. It'll make you laugh - a lot. It'll make you cry. Karen's portrayal of Maggie is excellently judged while Chris is wonderfully over the top as Death. The use of the music is particularly effective and the unexpected ending works brilliantly. 5 stars from every angle.

I went to the preview show in Huddersfield. Such unexpected plot twists, poignant, funny, and thought provoking. I hope Edinburgh knows how lucky it is to have this!

I saw this brilliant show at their preview in Huddersfield. I haven't laughed and cried as much in one show. The writing is excellent, the acting is amazing and the song choice is perfect. I'm running out of positive adjectives! Go and see the show, you won't regret it!
