Description

War doesn't end when the fighting stops. In a one-sided conversation with his long dead friend, an old man and his younger self look at the naive excitement of young RAF recruits, through the reality and pain of loss to the difficulties of post-war rebuilding. 'Emotional and poignant. Excellent and well crafted to give an authentic feel with nice subtle twists' (Noda.org.uk). Davis gives an 'excellent and well crafted performance' (Noda.org.uk). Smart offers 'a performance of rich and poignant emotion which really hit home' (Noda.org.uk).
