Description

After his much younger girlfriend leaves him for a better-looking, richer, more successful friend, Searles dissolves into a gibbering, chain-smoking, suicidal insomniac! In desperation he resorts to the latest new-age, self-help healing therapy; regressing him into a voyage of self-rediscovery where buried memories of past relationships, one-night stands and a very confused childhood come bubbling to the surface... with hilarious, painful, revelatory results! 'One of the loveliest, laughter-filled hours I've ever seen!' **** (Scotsman). It's a joy! **** (List). 'Brilliant! One of the best solo shows I've ever seen' (Gyles Brandreth).

This wasn’t what we had expected but that didn’t stop us enjoying it. Pete Searles was charismatic and quite honest about the content in advance, even mentioning about the 4 that walked out previously…

This was NOT a 'lovely, laughter filled hour'
It was an X-rated self indulgent uncomfortable performance of one man's sexual exploits (including graphic demonstrations) In fact our group of four left after enduring half an hour. Disappointed to say the least!!
