The magical tail of Ned and the Whale begins a little like this... With buckles and swash, this story’s awash with a mysterious odour of fish. Though sharp as a pin, Ned’s courage was thin, for his sister was terribly mean. She spouted great lies: 'A Kingdom of Spies will steal you and harvest your spleen!' A fishy tail of magic and adventure. Sail away on a quest to help Ned find his courage and discover the truth behind the mysterious Kingdom of Spies. Flossy and Boo bring you their curiously spellbinding brand of storytelling.

Saw this with my 4 3/4 year old and we both loved it. It is excellent. It has puppets and music and humour. An intimate show in a tent, but a real gem. It’s really lovely. My son liked the pirate best!

Flossy and Boo are excellent singers. We absolutely loved ‘Pirate Jake’.
The show is very funny and the girls are very talented.
The story line is so imaginative. You will leave this show feeling very happy. It’s a real gem. Sometimes the best shows are the simple ones where the performers talent is the only star ⭐️

I loved it, I would rate it 1 billion whales (A whale is equal to one hundred stars) My favourite part was when we invented a Scottish monster with a cheese face and bacon feet.

In amongst the 50-odd shows connected to Wales this year, Flossy and Boo’s tale of courage and adventure is a refreshing change of pace at the Edinburgh Fringe. This short but delightfully sweet show offers as much enjoyment for adults as it does for the young children it’s aimed at.

The last thing you would expect in a city like Edinburgh is to be swept away to the ocean.
But swept away, we were.
