This deserves to be playing to much bigger houses, and hopefully will in future.
It’s impressive anyway to see someone deliver a one-person play of 90 minutes faultlessly. The work behind delivering and developing it must be enormous. But the triumph was in absolutely drawing the audience in to the world of Morecambe. Beautifully done.
Because the production was small, it was also possible to see the small support team who are worth mentioning as such a lovely, enthusiastic and caring bunch.
We will certainly watch this again if it’s back next year - highly recommended.

A wonderful piece of theatre and tribute to Eric Morecambe. Dodds is outstanding in this one man show - capturing a range of accents and a myriad of Eric jokes. Well done also technical - spot on, hugely professional.

Richard Dodd gave a fantastic performance. He was funny and raised a tear to my eye on the sad parts. This actor showed a whole range of talent. I certainly recommend this as a must see show. 5 star rating.

Wonderful show! Very funny in parts and very moving in others, I highly recommend this show.

I loved watching Morecambe and Wise and would happily just watch repeats on TV, so this show was sold to me anyway. However, I was enthralled by the story of his life, told wonderfully in the touching, moving and funny manner of the actor. How Little Ern was portrayed was very good. Some of the classic gags were in there, so a wonderful show had everything for me. Catch this show while you can, highly recommended.

A wonderful show, beautifully told and cleverly performed and directed. 1 hour and 30 minutes flies by. A definite one to see if you are a Morecambe and Wise fan.
