Description

Sex cults with fake feminism, pretend shamans, Burning Man, Lower East Side “nightclub photographers” and Tinder f*ck boys all make an appearance in this educational and hilarious 20-plus-character one-woman show. Star takes us on a journey from childhood to adulthood cataloguing her sexual experiences and investigating them. Based on a true story, #MeToo is a wild ride, filled with a lot of laughs and heart. ‘It feels like witnessing a PhD thesis, far beyond entertainment, entering the realm of brilliant TED talk’ (NoHo Arts, California, USA).

This is an absolutely AMAZING one woman show. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. It left me speechless. This is a must see and honestly my favourite show I have seen so far. Star is an incredible performer, excellent comedic timing, and brilliant character physicality.

An honest and intriguing performance by a talented and funny actor. Well performed voices and voice overs for the plethora of interesting and sometimes toxic people who have shaped the lived experiences of many. A (sometimes unfortunately) relatable insight into the many forms abuse can take while always taking the audience through the stories with humor. This show deserves to be seen by many people. A memorable and moving piece giving plenty to reflect on. Incredible.
